At RUE MADAME, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion pieces aren't quite right, you can return or exchange them within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in their original condition with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your RUE MADAME account and visit the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return and receive your Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the unworn items with original packaging and designer tags into the box, ensuring you include the printed return form inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Affix the Label

  Attach the pre-paid shipping label provided in your original package to the outside of the box, ensuring any previous delivery labels are completely covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier or drop it off at an authorized collection point, keeping your tracking receipt until your refund is processed.
